1 lb pecan halves
1 egg white
1 Tsp. cold water
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 Tsp. salt
1/2 Tsp. cinnamon
1/4 Tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add pecans and mix until well coated. Combine sugar and spices. Add to pecan mixture. Bake 1 hr at 225°F on buttered cookie sheet, stirring every 15 minutes.

Variation: Add 1 1/2 cup orange flavored cranberries and bake only 30 minutes. Be careful because cranberries will burn easily.
