2 tomatoes, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 envelope plain gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. boiling water
1 pint mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Drain finely chopped vegetables well on paper towels; set aside. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add boiling water. Cool. Fold in mayo and salt. Add vegetables and mix well. Store in refrigerator. Yeild: Spread on 3 dozen sandwiches.
