3/4 c. Sugar
2 tbsp. Butter Shortening
1 1/2 c. Milk
1 Egg
1 c. Bananas
2 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
3/4 c. Chopped Nuts (optional)
3 c. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix sugar, shortening and egg. Stir in milk. Measure flour and blend all dry ingredients. Stir in nuts and bananas. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake 60 - 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
