Ingredients:  
1 lb. bob evans sausage roll
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 - 8 oz. can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble & cook sausage until browned
Line the bottom of a greased 13X9 pan with the crescent roll dough, firmly pressing perforations to seal
Sprinkle with sausage & cheese
Combine remaining ingredients & pour over the sausage
Bake 15 minutes or until set at 350 degrees
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into squares
