2 large avocados
1/2 cup sour cream
1 T. lime juice
1 large clove garlic (pressed)
1/8 tsp. Chipotle seasoning
garlic powder (optional)
pinch of salt
Tortilla Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Peel the avocado's and mash with a fork.
add the lime juice and salt immediately to keep from turning color.
Add garlic and chipotle seasoning, mix well.
Add sourcream, mix well.
Put in covered bowl.
Can eat immediately or chill.

Can use the garlic powder instead of fresh garlic if prefer. Can use on sandwiches or burgers also.
If want to add more ingredients, add chopped tomatoes and chopped onion.
