3/4 cup sugar
2 T flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups milk
2 eggs
2 cups whipping cream
1 1/2 T vanilla
*** for coffee flavor, use 2 T instant Sanka and only 1 1/2 tsp vanilla***

Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir until thick. Add a small amount to 2 beaten eggs. Mix well, then return to hot mixture. Cook and stir 1 minute. Chill. Add whipping cream and vanilla.
