4 T. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 cups chicken broth
2 bouillon cubes
1/2 c. half n half
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 oz. sliced white mushrooms
1 c. frozen peas
2 T. minced parsley
1 c. raw chicken
1 c. diced ham
salt and pepper
Puff pastry

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and flour to make rue. Boil 1 cup raw chicken in chicken broth and bouillon, drain, saving broth.
Add broth to rue, cook to thick. Add half n half, onion, mushrooms, peas and parsley. Cook and stir 5 minutes. Add diced ham & chicken, season with salt and pepper.
Spoon into pot pie dish. Cover with puff pastry, adding slits in top. Brush with egg wash of 1 egg/1 T. water.
Bake at 375º for 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
