Cheese Layer: Mix Ricotta cheese, parsley, Romano cheese and salt & pepper together and let soften so it is easier to spread.

Layering:
Put 1 ladel sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 pan, spread around the bottom of the pan. Lay 1/2 the lasagna across bottom of pan, lengthwise-sides overlapping. Spread 1/2 Ricotta cheese mixture over lasagna. Ladel 1/2 sauce over the cheese mixture. Sprinkle 1/2 Mozzarella cheese over sauce. Repeat layers again, using up all ingredients, finishing with the Mozz. cheese. Lay the Italian sausage links across the top.
Bake @350 º 1 1/2 hours. You may need to cover the sausage at the end so it doesn't get too brown.

a long time... but worth it
Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You can use more or less lasagna as you like. Just overlap more closely when putting in pan. This is a long process so it is a good idea to make a couple pans and freeze one for later or make in smaller pans.
