4 T. oleo
1 1/2 c water
1/2 c. celery
1 lb. crayfish
1 onion
1 sm. bell pepper, dliced
3 bay leaves
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. salt
2 1/2 t. Cajun seasoning
1/2 t. black pepper
1 10 oz. can golden mushroom soup
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, bell pepper & celery in oleo until tender. Add tails and cook on low for five minutes. Add soup, tomato sauce and water. Add bayleaves, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and Cajun seasoning. Bring to boil and reduce heat to low. Cook about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serve over rice.
