1 48 oz. can Randall's Great White Northern Beans
2 lbs cooked chicken, diced or pulled
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 7 oz cans diced green chilies
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
salt & pepper
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. shredded monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beans, cream of chicken, green chilies, and spices, mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Adjust cayenne by how spicy you like your food. Cook until heated through.

Once desired flavor is achieved, add chicken, sour cream, and cheese. My family likes this dish served with cornbread.
