1 cup flour
1 cake loose yeast soaking in lukewarm water
spinach
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add yeast in lukewarm water to eggs. Add enough water to this mixture so that when it is added to the flour, salt, and pepper, it makes a sticky dough that follows the fork when stirred. Let rise till double. Fold in spinach. Let rise 10 more minutes then drop by spoonfuls in hot oil to make patties. Serve with ketchup.
