2 sticks butter 1 cup peanut butter (plain or chunky) 1 1/4 graham cracker crumbs 3 cups confectioners sugar 12 oz package chocolate chips
Melt the butter and add the peanut butter, crumbs and sugar and mix all together. Press mixture into bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt the chocolate chips in top of a double boiler and spread over the peanut butter mixture. Chill 10 minutes. Cut into squares and return to refrigerator. (it is important to cut them before the chocolate hardens)
