Italian Beef Recipe

5 lb sirloin tip roast
3 bay leaves
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
4 tbsp oregano
1 pt. jar of green peppers (juice and all)
season salt to taste
6 beef bullion cubes
3 cups water

1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp accent
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp seasonal salt

Put all together casserole dish and bake at 325 for 2.5 hours. Slice , strain and put in crock pot. Add 1 can of beer. Simmer on low to high just below a boil for 3 to 4 hours
