4-5 Potatoes
1 cup Ham (cubed)
2 cans Chicken Broth
1-2 cans Water
1/2 Onion (chopped)
3 Garlic Cloves (grated)
3 Baby Carrots (grated)
1 pint Heavy Cream
Milk
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes and remove any bad skin or rooty eyes. Microwave potatoes for 1-2 minutes. Dice potatoes into small pieces. (Or leave potatoes raw, then after peeling skin off, use the peeler on most of the potatoes to get paper thin slices.)

Put diced potatoes, cubed ham, chopped onions, grated garlic, and grated carrots into large pan with broth and enough water to cover. Boil until potatoes are soft. Use potato masher to break apart potatoes further.

Add cream and enough milk to make soupy. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer at least another 15 minutes.
