1 c. sugar;
3 T. water;
3 eggs or equivalent in egg substitute;
1 pint cream;
1 tsp. vanilla;
1 T. sweet sherry;
graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar and water until it makes a syrup. Beat eggs separately. Beat syrup into whites. Then fold in the beaten egg yolks and the whipped cream. Season with vanilla and sherry. Layer cream mixture with graham cracker crumbs in small cups and freeze. I have successfully used pasteurized egg substitute, beating the syrup into the beaten egg substitute, then folding in the whipped cream.
