1/2 lb. pork sausage
3 T. chopped onion
3 T. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 c. cornmeal
2 T. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. poultry seasoning
3 c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Pan fry pork sausage, onion and celery until sausage is brown and crumbly. Drain well. Combine cold water, cornmeal, flour and seasonings. Slowly pour into boiling water, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat 5 min. Add sausage and vegetables and mix well. Pour into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 in. loaf pan which has been rinsed with cold water. Cover and chill over night. Slice and pan fry.
