2 cups all bran,
1 1/2 cups buttermilk,
3 eggs,
20 ounces crushed pineapple - don't drain,
1/2 cup butter or vegetable oil,
2 1/2 cups flour,
3/4 cup packed brown sugar,
1 teaspoon salt,
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon baking powder,
1 cup raisins,
1/2 cup nuts - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in order given.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
Bake at 400º about 20 minutes
