1/5 rum,
1/2 pound sugar,
6 egg yolks,
1 quart heavy cream,
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rum and sugar till sugar is dissolved.
Beat egg whites till frothy.
Mix Rum mixture and eggs.
Chill at least 2 hours.
Beat cream until very thick.
Fold all together.
Chill several hours.
Sprinkle nutmeg and serve.

If you wish a milder drink reduce rum.
