1 head red leaf lettuce
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 c. water cress leaves
2 red apples
3/4 c. glazed pecans
3/4 c. blue cheese crumbles

1/2 c. walnut or vegetable oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. shallot, minced
2 tbsp. lemon juice, fresh squeezed
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. fresh pepper

Mix all salad ingredients together. Mix all dressing ingredients together, pour over salad, toss & serve.
