1 chicken
1 qt. Swanson's Chicken Broth
2 c. water
1-2 bay leaves
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
3 carrots, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. sage
Lawry's season salt to taste
5-6 black peppercorns
2 Wylie's or Korr's Bouillion Cubes
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
parsley, finely chopped
poultry seasoning

Directions:
In a large sauce pan, bring to a boil chicken broth, bay leaves & chicken. Add enough water to cover the chicken. Add celery stalks, carrots & onion. Add sage, poultry seasoning, sage, peppercorns, & parsley. Continue simmering for several hours. If the soup needs more liquid add more chicken broth. When chicken is tender (45 minutes), remove from pot, skin, debone & chop into bite-size pieces. Return chicken to soup mixture. Skim off fat. Dissolve bouillon cubes before adding to soup mixture. Before serving, add seasoned salt to taste & garnish with parsley.
