1 3/4 in. thick slab feta
pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
pinch of dried oregano
1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
crusty bread for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oven to 350º. Put the feta on a sheet of foil. Sprinkle the red pepper flakes and oregano evenly over the cheese. Drizzle with about 1 tbsp. of the olive oil. Wrap the feta in the foil, put the package in a small baking dish, and bake until softened but not mushy, about 10 minutes.
Unwrap and drizzle with additional olive oil. Serve with bread slices. Serves 2 to 3.
