2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 stk. butter
1 can artichoke hearts, chopped in large pieces
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Heat spinach as directed on package. Drain. Saute onion in butter. Mix in spinach, artichokes, onion and sour cream. Mix carefully. Pour into casserole dish. Cook 25 minutes at 350º.
