Ingredients:  
1/2 cup veg oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup applecider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can pinto beans (rinsed)
1 can black eyed peas (rinsed)
1 can shoe peg corn (rinsed)
1 large jar pimentos
1 red or orange pepper
1 jalapeņo pepper
1/2 cup green onion (chopped to end)
1 1/2 cup celery

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave veg oil, sugar, vinegar, salt & pepper for 25 seconds to dissolve sugar/salt. Stir and refrigerate.
Chop and put in colander, pimento, peppers, onion, and celery.

Add all ingredients. Refrigerates and serve.
