Two-crust pie:
2 c. all purpose flour
2/3 c. lard
1 tsp. salt
5-6 Tbsp. cold water

Filling:
6 c. fresh sliced peaches
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix pastry ingredients and place bottom crust in a 9 inch pie plate. Combine filling ingredients and pour into pie crust. Add top crust and cut slits into the top to allow steam to escape. Bake 50-60 minutes.
