1 uncooked pie crust (homemade or store bought)
2-3 Thinly sliced potatoes
2-3 tbsp. Flour
1 lb Hamburger or beef chuck
1/2 Onion, sliced
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Lay pie shell flat on a cookie sheet. Add half of the potato slices to middle of shell. Sprinkle salt & pepper and 1/2 of the flour on top. then add pieces of chuck or of hamburger. Then add onion slices.

Next add the other half of the sliced potato and a little more salt, pepper, and the remaining flour sprinkled on top. Pull the pie crust up on top of the filling and pinch together. Bake at 375º for 1 hour.

This is a Polish dish from my home town in Plymouth, PA. The Catholic Church in town sold them once a week.
