1 lb hamburger
2 or 3 fresh carrots - medium sliced rounds
1/2 head of cabbage - sliced thin
4 potatoes - diced
4-5 bay leaves
2 chicken bouillon cubes
6 cups water
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot put bouillon cubes, water and carrots to a low boil. Let cook for 10-15 minutes. Add potatoes and drop hamburger in small round balls. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Add cabbage, bay leaves and salt & pepper. Cook till potatoes are tender.
