1 pound ground meat
1 pound bulk Italian sausage (hot or mild)
2 cans,6oz.tomatoe paste
1 bottle chili sauce
2 cans chili beans
2-3carrots sliced
2-3 celery stalks sliced
sliced mushrooms
garlic (to taste)
onion (to taste)
cayenne pepper, tabasco (depending how you like it.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground meat and sausage.Drain.Transfer to a bigger pot (12 quarts). Add tomato paste,chili sauce and beans. Add water to desired thickness. Add carrots,celery,onions mushrooms. Add cayenne pepper or tabasco to taste. Cover and cook for 2 hours.
