4 + pieces of chicken (as you like)
1 c. chicken broth + 1 c. water
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 lg. jar pimentos
3 - 6 inches cut off Velveeta loaf (I use 3 in. ... use 6 in. if you like it cheesier)
1 lg. or 1 sm. pkg. sour cream (I use the large)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in broth and water. Debone and chunk meat. Save broth; you may need it.
Put chicken, soup, sour cream and pimentos together in a pan.
When warmed add Velveeta.
If its too thick, add broth.
Serve over rice.
