2- 3 c. cooked chicken (bite sized pieces)
1 medium Gala apple (bite sized pieces)
1 med. Granny Smith apple(bite sized pieces)
1 red apple(bite sized pieces)
2- 3 stalks celery sliced in med chunks
1/2 c.. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 c. red or green seedless grapes
1/3 - 1/2 c mayonaisse
juice of 1 lemon
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Toss unpeeled apple chunks in lemon juice.
Add apples, celery and grapes to chicken. Mix well but gently.
Add nutmeg, mayonnaise and mix.
Then add this to chicken mix.
Add nuts.
Refrigerate covered.
