3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 onion finely chopped
1 med. jar diced pimento
1 med. bell pepper chopped ( I like yellow or red)
2- 3 stalks celery chopped
1 can white shoepeg corn drained
1 can small english peas drained
1 can fench style green beans drained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix vinegar, sugar and oil in a pot. Bil for 1 min. then set to side to cool.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Pour vinegar mix over veggies.
Refrigrerate covered.
Will keep 2 to 3 weeks.
May be used as a salad.
