2 !/2 cups Bisquick
4 tablespoons cold butter(1/2 stick)
1 heaping cup grated cheddar cheese
3/4 cup cold milk
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup real bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400. Combine Bisquick and butter to pea size lumps. Add remaining ingredients, and mix until just combined. Drop about 1/4 cup (ice cream scoop) batter on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15-17 minutes. Brush biscuits with *Topping as soon as taken out of oven.
*Topping
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in microwave. Add 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley, and pinch of salt.
