2 Cups Bisquick
3/4 Cups milk
4 egg whites
tsp Canola oil
tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat ebelskiver pan on medium, and beat egg whites till stiff.
Mix Bisquick, milk, canola oil and cinnamon together. Can add applesauce instead of oil, may need less milk. Should be the consistency of pancakes. Fold in egg whites.
Grease each ebelskiver pan hole with canola oil. Add batter when oil is hot. Fill about 3/4 the way full, batter will expand. Turn with wood or metal stick (I use a metal turkey threader, works great) when golden brown, repeat on the other side.
Serve with syrup, jam, and or powdered sugar.
