4 slices of white bread, cubed
Shredded ham
4 eggs, well beaten
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon ground mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spray casserole (9x9 square), line bottom with bread cubes. Top with shredded ham. In a bowl, mix together eggs, milk, and ground mustard. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour over bread and ham. Top with grated cheddar cheese. Cover and refrigerate over night.

Bake in preheated oven at 350F for 45 minutes.

For individual servings: Use small aluminum pans: 1 slice of bread cubed, 1 egg and cup milk.
