3-6 lb. rump roast
1 can beer
1 pkg Good Seasons Italian Dressing (dry mix)
1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 jar peppercinis
1 can Beef Consomme

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast in slow cooker. Pour other ingredients over. Cook on high 4 hrs, then low 6-8 hrs.
Turn meat over 1/2 way through cooking. Add the peppercinis in the beginning or just serve on the side. You can make this the night before and cook on low for 12 hours.
