2 eggs - seperated
1 1/2 cups flour,
1 teaspoon baking powder,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1/2 cup shortening,
1 cup sugar,
1/3 cup milk,
1 teaspoon vanilla,
1 1/2 cup floured blueberries,

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350
Beat egg whites till stiff.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cream together sugar, and beaten egg yolks.
Add flour alternately with milk.
Fold in egg whites, vanilla, and blueberries.
Sprinkle batter lightly with sugar before baking for topping.
Bake 35-40 minutes
