3 lbs. beef round steak
2 Tbsp. salad oil
3 Tbsp. instant chopped onion
3/4 c. catsup 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 c. water 1 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper

Cut meat into 10 serving pieces. In a large skillet, brown meat in oil over med. heat; remove meat to dutch oven, sprayed with Pam. Add remaining ingredients to skillet; simmer for 5 mins.. Pour catsup mixture over meat. Cover; bake 2 hours or until meat is tender.
350º oven.
