1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
5-6 oz. sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy with mixer. Add egg and vanilla and beat thoroughly. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add 1/2 of dry ingredients to creamed mixture and mix well. Add remaining half of dry ingredients and blend to form a soft dough. Chill, covered for at least two hours or overnight. Shape dough into small balls. Roll in sesame seeds and place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes.or until goden.
