2 lbs. pork tenderloin

Marinade:
* 4 garlic cloves
* 1/2 oranges, juice and zest
* 1/2 lemon, juice and zest
* 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
* 2 teaspoons pink peppercorns, crushed
* 2 teaspoons black peppercorns, crushed
* 2 green onions, minced
* 1 teaspoon salt

Directions:

1. Put all marinade ingredients in a blender and combine.

2. Put marinade in large bag and add pork.

3. Marinade at least 4 hours.

4. Grill

Pomegranate molasses and pink peppercorns can be bought at thespicehouse.com. This has outstanding flavor. Maybe the best pork I've ever had.
