1 slice bread, cubed
3/4 lbs. stew meat
3 carrots - (1" pieces)
2 large stalks celery - (1" pieces)
2 potatoes - cubed
1 onion - cubed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. tapioca
1/2-1 c. tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a large covered baking dish with Pam. Line the bottom with 1 slice of bread, cubed. Combine ingredients and place over the bread cubes. Pour tomato juice over mixture. Cover and bake @ 250º for 5 hours.

This is a great stew to make on your lunch hour and have ready when you come home at the end of the day. Of course, you can add other vegs. to make it more to your liking.
