2 lbs. dry Marafax Beans (can substitute with Yellow Eye)
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. molasses
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 med onion

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight and par boil.
Put peeled onion in the bottom of the bean crock, mix all other ingredients and put in pot.
Cover with hot water and bake in a covered pot at 300º for about 5 1/2 hours. Add hot water as necessary during cooking time.
