1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1/4 cup butter, melted
confectioners' sugar
Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine first six ingredients. Add egg and butter; mix well. Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking pan. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
