3 lbs. shrimp
1/2 lb. butter
1/4 c. olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. parsley, dried

Directions:
Simmer ingredients, except shrimp, for 15 minutes. Cool. Place de-headed shrimp in a pyrex dish. Pour mixture over shrimp, cover & refrigerate. Marinate about 5 hours or overnight. Bake covered at 400º between 20-40 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve with "plenty" of French bread.
