2 1/2 lb. ham loaf (ask for it at the meat counter)
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 onion, diced
2 c. brown sugar
6 T. vinegar
2 T. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 1/2 lb. ham loaf, 1 egg, 3/4 c. cracker crumbs, 1/4 c. milk and diced onion in a large bowl. Shape into a loaf in an 8 x 8 pan. Bake 350º for 1 hour 30 minutes. Make sauce by combining the brown sugar, vinegar and dry mustard. Bring to a boil in the microwave. Remove ham loaf from oven after 1 1/2 hours cooking time. Drain grease off. Pour sauce over and cook for 10 minutes more.
