1 pkg. bacon strips, diced
8-12 medium red potatoes, diced
1 pkg. green beans, frozen
3/4 c. water
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a electric skillet, cook bacon until done to your liking. Add potatoes, green beans and water. Salt and pepper to your liking. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and cook till potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.

I do not cook my bacon crisp for this recipe.
Leftovers reheats very well in the microwave.
