2 cups dried beans cooked until tender (substitute 2 qts canned beans)
8 strips bacon, fried and cut up
3 medium onions, coarsely chopped
garlic
3 tbsp molasses
1 cup catsup
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp dried mustard
1 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
salt and pepper
1 greem pepper, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. If needed add water. Bake at 350º for 2-3 hours or until the consistency you desire. If you like more seasonings add to your own taste. If you like a little nip, a few drops of tabasco sauce will do the trick. Have fun!
