2 cans cream of mushroom soup
4 sliced carrots
4 cubed potatoes
1 pgk lipton onion soup mix

Directions:
Brown stew meat. Add two cans cream of mushroom soup with one can of water. Put in a crock pot or L'cuisine cast iron pot. Cook at 250º for 4-6 hours.
