1 large pkg strawberry jello
1 large pkg vanilla pudding (must be cook and serve, not instant)
1 12 oz cool whip thawed
1 pkg of frozen strawberries, thawed and drained (you can use fresh, but they are not as sweet)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding mix and 3 cups of water over medium heat until it boils. Remove from heat. Stir in strawberry jello until completely dissolved. Transfer mixture to large bowl and cover with plastic to prevent film from forming on jello. Put in fridge until set. Beat mixture with electric mixer until light and fluffy (about 3-4 min). Stir cool whip and strawberries into mixture.
