12 oz. pkg. wide or extra wide noodles
1 can tuna in water, drained
1 can peas, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper
sliced mushrooms (optional)
shredded cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Add tuna, peas, soup, and 1 can of water. Add salt and pepper to taste. Gently stir until combined and cook on low heat, stirring often to prevent sticking. This can be put in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish and baked for 30 minutes at 350º.
