1 lb. Tennessee Pride sage sausage
1/4-1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 c. milk
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the sausage in a large skillet until no longer pink, drain. Add enough flour to coat sausage. Add milk stirring until gravy is thick and bubbly. If more thickener is needed, whisk 2-3 Tbsp. flour into 1/2 c. cold water and stir in to gravy until desired thickness is achieved.
