Pumpkin Drop Cookies Recipe

Cookies -
1/2 cp Butter Flavored Crisco
3 cps Sugar
1 can (15 oz.) Pumpkin
2 eggs
1/2 cp milk
6 cps flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. All Spice
1/2 tsp. cloves
Cinnamon Frosting -
1/2 cp butter, softened
2-1/2 cps Confectioners Sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Cookies - In a large bowl, cream shortening and sugar. Beat in pumpkin, eggs and milk. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, allspice and cloves, gradually add to creamed mixture. Drop by tablespoons 2" 's apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake @ 375 for 10-13 minutes.
Cinnamon Frosting - In a small bowl, combine all ingredients, beat until smooth. Frost cookies. Store in refrigerator.
